The Ramblers: Fundraising guide for new in memory product
The New Product Team wanted to adopt the Ramblers’ new tone of voice across their new in memory fundraising product. Walk to Remember was about giving people a way to remember and celebrate loved ones doing something they loved.
The Walk to Remember guide was to serve two purposes: to provide practical information for participants and encourage people to raise money in a loved one’s memory.
The language and feel of the copy needed to be sensitive but not saccharin; supportive but not patronising. And inspiration was to weave its way through the messages.
The result was a digital brochure that struck the right balance and stayed on brand with the recently developed tone of voice.
