Adobe: Email campaign and tone of voice

A powerful app deserves powerful copy. And the brand’s distinctive tone of voice allowed me to create playful messaging that carries authority. 

The email needed to work hard to showcase the app’s multiple benefits and address potential perceived barriers to buy-in.

By leading with messaging that manages the two simultaneously and seamlessly, the copy got a gold star. 

 

We rarely need to outsource work, but I needed help putting together a series of engaging and concise promotional emails. Jenny supported me with the copy and the result was excellent, especially as she had to consider our brand and tone, and make sure each email appealed to a different audience. There is also a lot of specific detail and knowledge needed for the products and apps we sell, so it was clear Jenny did her research!
